That is why AVANDER® is here. AVANDER allows you to find a holiday rental property whether you are an individual, couple, group or several families that want to stay together, but still enjoy their privacy. We are available in 24 languages, always in a localized national version in 33 countries in Europe.
Avander works with holiday rental agencies and some of them offer online booking facility. Avander is connected to the booking system of selected agencies to allow easy and fast booking of a desired holiday home. In such case, client is booking directly with the agency that becomes the client's contractual partner. Agency takes care of all formalities and is the client's point of contact.
- How do I book selected holiday home?
- Majority of holiday homes on Avander are bookable ONLINE. In such case, all you need to do is select dates of your travel in the booking form and if the holiday home is available, fill in the booking form.
- In case the holiday home is not bookable ONLINE, you can send an inquiry to the owner (or agency) using the contact form. Please check the languages spoken by the owner or the agency.
- How do I find out if selected holiday home is available for booking?
- Every holiday home with ONLINE booking has an availability calendar that is updated on a regular basis. To check the actual availability, please select desired travel dates in the booking form. If the holiday home is still available, the rental price will be displayed and you can continue the ONLINE booking.
- Please note: In many popular destinations, it is possible to book holiday homes only from Saturday to Saturday in high season.
- The availability calendar for holiday homes with the "Send inquiry" form is updated manually by the owner or agency. To find out the actual availability, please fill in the contact form and send it to the owner/agency.You are sending a non-binding inquiry by using the contact form.
- How do I know the ONLINE booking was successful?
- A notification about successful booking will be displayed after finishing the ONLINE booking and we will send you email with preliminary booking confirmation. You will receive the final confirmation of your booking from the respective agency via email.
- How do I pay for my ONLINE booking?
- The deposit of approx. 25-30% needs to be paid upon receiving confirmation of successful ONLINE booking. The remainder of the rental price is required 4 to 7 weeks before arrival. Specific payment terms for selected holiday home are displayed in the section "Rates". It is possible to pay by debit/credit card or by bank transfer. In case of booking with a short departure date, payment by debit/credit card will be required. You will receive detailed information how to pay from the agency via email.
- When do I receive the travel documents (holiday home address, contacts) for my ONLINE booking?
- You will receive your travel documents (including holiday home address, instructions how to reach your holiday home, contacts of the owner or agency representative) after full payment of the rental price, latest 2-4 weeks before arrival.
